Mechanical Services
- Trouble shooting and rectification of Engine starting / other associated systems.
- Overhauling of Main engines up to a range of 900mm bore dia. Including opening of main, cross head and crank pin bearings for Owners / Class inspection. (Man B&W, Wartsila, Pielstick, ect.)
- Overhauling of Aux. Engines in-situ and in workshop (Daihatsu, Yanmar , Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit GM, Etc.)
- Overhauling and Repair of all kinds of Auxiliary pumps (centrifugal, Screw and Gear pumps).
- Overhauling of Cargo pumps (Centrifugal, Screw and Gear Pumps) in-situ and in workshop.
- Repairing and overhauling of all kinds of valves (Butter fly valve / Gate valves / Globe valves / Ball valves etc.)
- Repairing and overhauling of Cargo valve hydraulic actuators.
- Overhauling of Load line items (Air vent heads, Fairlead rollers, etc)
- In-situ Cleaning of Shell and tube coolers, Plate type heat exchagers.
- Overhauling of Lube oil, Fuel oil and Diesel oil purifiers. (Alfa Laval / Mitsubishi / Heishin etc.)
- Overhauling of fire/foam monitors.
- Repair and renewal of brake liners for mooring winches and anchor windlass
- Overhauling of pneumatic system, Servo cylinders, Reversing air cylinders etc.
